Tickets and prices
The museum does not offer reduced-rate tickets. All tickets include admission to the museum’s permanent collections and temporary exhibitions. However, admission is free for certain visitors.

Carte Louvre holders have priority access via the Richelieu entrance (Amis du Louvre, CLEF and CLEF+, Louvre Young Patrons Circle, Louvre Patrons Circle, International Council of the Louvre, Louvre Decorative Arts Circle, Friends of Delacroix, American Friends of the Louvre).
Groups who have booked a time slot have priority access via the Richelieu entrance.
The sale of museum admission tickets or related services is considered a sale of leisure services and confers no right to a withdrawal period. Tickets are valid for the chosen time and date only, and cannot be modified, exchanged or refunded.
Times and dates cannot be modified once booked.
However, in the event of a cancellation or modification of the relevant service by the Louvre, you will be entitled to a refund. Refund eligibility criteria are specified in the museum’s Terms and Conditions.
Tickets include admission to all Louvre collections and to the Musée National Eugène-Delacroix, on the day of your visit to the Louvre or on the next day the Musée National Eugène-Delacroix is open.
Note: for access to exhibitions in the Hall Napoléon, visitors must book a specific time slot.
Admission to the Musée du Louvre and the Musée National Eugène-Delacroix is free upon presentation of valid proof of eligibility.

The Pyramid is the main entrance to the museum. There, you will see a queue for people who have booked a time slot online.
You can also use the Carrousel and the Porte des Lions entrances.
Groups and membership card holders must use the Passage Richelieu entrance.
The payment methods accepted at the museum ticket office are cash, bank card and 'Chèques-Vacances' holiday vouchers.
The Musée du Louvre accepts payment in euros (€) only.
The payment methods for the Musée du Louvre and the Musée National Eugène-Delacroix, as well as their terms of acceptance, are as follows:
INDIVIDUAL TICKETS:

- Remote bookings: bank card, bank transfer and cheque
- On-site sales on the day of admission (subject to availability): bank card, ‘chèque vacances (ANCV)’ and cashSELF-GUIDED GROUPS:
